Camping - Rover - Mobile Mast for the F150
Was looking for a solution to antenna deployment while Camping or working remote in the Southwest. Something I could get some height on, was stable and support a couple of beam antennas.
Decided to build a rover option, slip into the hitch of the F150. Wanted the extension to allow the lowering of the tail gate when installed as I also intend to use the truck bed canvas tent.
Extension from the bumper is heavy walled square tubing, mast was purchased off Amazon.
Early stages as of today, but coming along as planned.
